5 cl Le Grand Saint Sparkling Vodka
4 cl Chambord Royale
3 cl fresh orange juice
1 cl fresh lemon juice
1 dash egg white
Rose leaves for garnish
Shake all the ingredients except Le
Grand Saint heavily to achieve a creamy
and nice texture. Double strain
into a champagne glass and add Le
Grand Saint. Stir it carefully and add
the rose leafes on the top.
