PINK RIVIERA

12 cl Le Grand Saint Rosé
2-3 fresh strawberries
2-3 fresh raspberries
2 slices of ginger
1 cl lime juice
1 tbs rose petal jam

Muddle the berries and the ginger in a tall mixing glass and stir in the rose petal jam. Add lime juice, Le Grand Saint Rosé and ice cubes. Stir & strain into a champagne coupe and add some berries for garnish.
